Return & Refund Policy

At ActiHealth, your satisfaction and wellbeing come first. If something isn’t right with your order or your experience falls short of expectations, we’re here to help.

🚚 Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@acti.health.
  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable service or obtaining proof of postage, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email of the outcome.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

🔁 Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it.
  • Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if possible).
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps.

🔖 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless damaged or faulty.
