A soothing, anti-inflammatory broth you can sip like tea.

Ingredients

  • 500ml hot water
  • 2 tbsp Brothein (20g beef bone broth powder)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Pinch of cayenne (optional)

Method

  1. In a large mug or heatproof bowl, add the Brothein powder, turmeric, black pepper, sea salt, and cayenne (if using).
  2. Pour in 500ml of hot water and whisk or stir well until the broth powder is fully dissolved and the spices are mixed in.
  3. Add the lemon juice and stir once more.
  4. Sip slowly while warm — perfect for calming inflammation, boosting digestion, and warming up your day.
