Collagen Berry Shake

 

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk or coconut water
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp honey or date syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp Brothein (20g beef bone broth powder)
  • Ice (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
