Overnight Collagen Oats with Brothein

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 chopped dates
  • ½ cup berries
  • 2 tbsp Brothein (20g beef bone broth powder)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 200ml almond or oat milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, chia seeds, chopped dates, berries, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  2. In a separate cup, whisk together the Brothein powder with the almond/oat milk until smooth and fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the Brothein milk mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
  4. Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup and stir again.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  6. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy cold — or warm it slightly if preferred.
  7. Optional: Top with extra berries, nuts, or a dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.
